Sake (Ioannis Karampetos)

Multidisciplinary Artist – Greece

Born in Athens in 1979, Sake emerged as a pioneer in the city’s early graffiti scene, gaining recognition for his realistic style at a time when street art was still underground. In the 2000s, he transitioned into tattoo art, founding one of Europe’s largest studios and mentoring top international artists.Blending street culture with classical influence, his current project Art Crimes reimagines ancient busts, sculptures, and canvases through a contemporary, urban lens. His work has been featured at major art fairs including Scope New York and Miami, Moniker Art Fair, and the Pantheon Exhibition in Miami. Collaborations with brands like Monster Energy, Samsung, and Adidas, as well as recognition in Fortune’s “40 Under 40,” mark his impact across both art and business.
